participants submitting their work MUST be between the ages 15-22 years old. Work submitted from below or above this age category will be disqualified.

– It is not a requirement to register through an institution in order to submit your work. Participants may submit their work as private participants.

– The submission fees must be paid for your work to be evaluated. The fee is fixed, nonrefundable and nontransferable. If the submission does not pass the selection round, the same conditions apply.

– The submission fee only consists of one submission. If you are to submit multiple submissions, you will be required to pay the fees multiplied by the number of submissions you submit.

– Once we receive your submission, you will receive a confirmation message, if your work has been submitted correctly. After the confirmation message your work will enter the selection round.

– All the submissions MUST adhere to Cedar College’s Code of Conduct. Any form of nudity, religious misconduct or verbal explicitness will NOT be tolerated. This will result in disqualification of the submission.

– If your submission passes the Selection round, it will be announced as an Official Selection for the Cedar Film Festival 2025.

– Official Selections will be screened at the Main Event in front of a huge audience along with a jury panel consisting of members from our prestigious film industry. The best submissions will then get a chance to win awards under multiple categories.

– To accommodate the huge audience, tickets for the main event will be available separately
